Nugget Markets and Power Trip Beverages Announce “How Do You Power Your Education” Contest
Leading retailer and flavored vitamin leader join to help students “power” their education

DAVIE, Fla. – August 1, 2008 –Power Trip® Beverages (www.powertripbev.com), a recognized leader in bringing flavored, vitamin enhanced and great tasting energy products to distributors, retailers and consumers and Nugget Markets, the well-respected 80 year-old California supermarket operator who has been recognized by Fortune Magazine as one of the country’s “Top Places to Work,” today announced the Nugget Markets/Power Trip Beverages “How Do You Power Your Education Contest” aimed at providing one lucky entrant the chance to win a $500 scholarship in that student’s name to any accredited College or University in the United States.

The Contest is being totally supported by Nugget Markets and Power Trip Beverages and will run through the month of August 2008. Any student enrolled full-time at any accredited College or University in the United States is eligible and you must be 16 years of age or older. Registrants will be required to provide a 300-400 word essay describing why Nugget Markets and Power Trip Beverages should “power” their education. Entries received by midnight August 31st will be reviewed and finalists selected by an independent contest administrator with the winner to be chosen by a panel consisting of a member from each of the following; Black Dog Communications Group, Inc., Power Trip Beverages and Nugget Markets. The winner of the $500 scholarship will be announced October 1, 2008. Essays can be submitted online at www.powertripbev.com, www.nugget.com or at Nugget Markets stores. Two runner’s up will receive XXX.
